Technical Support Engineers
Profile : Experience as Technical Support Engineer or Executive at International Voice-based Call Center or BPO operations. Excellent verbal, written and listening communications skills are required for interaction with overseas clients. Technical Knowledge Requirements: Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems (MCSE/MCITP will be plus), Networking (CCNA will be plus), SQL Server, and Knowledge of Hardware and Software troubleshooting. Other relevant exposure will be an added advantage. Experience: 1-5 years.
